MILWAUKEE - A new dining experience focused on locally-sourced food will be available for visitors to Potawatomi Bingo Casino when their new hotel opens later this year.
"Locavore" will feature "globally-inspired dishes prepared with local and sustainable foods", according to a press release. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
“Locavore is committed to utilizing seasonal indigenous ingredients in every dish,” Potawatomi Food & Beverage Director Don Sally said. “I believe our guests will find Locavore and its local, sustainable menu options to be a natural fit to Potawatomi’s culinary offerings.”
The restaurant will be located on the first floor of the casino's new hotel, and will feature seating for just under 200 people. It's expected to employ about 60 people.
