Police search for Bayside bank robbery suspect

BAYSIDE -- Bayside police continue to search for a man who robbed the US Bank, 400 W. Brown Deer Rd., Monday morning.

Police said the suspect entered the bank around 9:30 a..m., handed the teller a bag and demanded money.

He fled the bank, with an undisclosed amount of cash, in a grey or silver Ford Taurus. Glendale police located a vehicle matching the description and a short chase ensued. The vehicle went out of sight in Milwaukee.

The suspect was described as a male in his mid 20’s and 5’10 to 6’0” tall.  He was last seen wearing a dark grey or black hoodie over his face as well as dark colored sunglasses, blue jeans, light undershirt and white tennis shoes.
