SHEBOYGAN - The constant and heavy snow has kept people here shoveling over and over again Sunday.

Andrew Hintz was one of those people. He offered to shovel for a friend and his brother who attended the Packers game.

He said the deep and heavy snow would have been too much to tackle after it stopped falling.

He was concerned his friend, a single mother wouldn't be able to dig out and go to work.

"I want to make sure this is all cleaned up and ready to go so she can go to work in the morning" Hintz said.

Road crews here had most major roads cleared by Sunday afternoon. They continued to make progress on the side streets later Sunday night.
