Insurance company's role in repayment up for debate

 MILWAUKEE - On Monday, a second part of the legal case surrounding the deadly collapse of the O'Donnell Park garage collapse plays out in court.

In November, a jury awarded two families millions of dollars in damages in a settlement. A concrete panel fell off the garage in 2010, killing a 15 year-old boy and hurting two other people.

Now, the court with debate if the insurance company of the construction company being help responsible should have to pay the damages.
