MILWAUKEE - No charges will be filed in the 2012 dead of Corey Stingley.

He's the 16-year-old who died after being restrained by customers at a convenience store in West Allis. Stingley was trying to steal alcohol.

Surveillance cameras caught the incident - some sort of struggle between Stingley and three men who were restraining him.

But late Friday afternoon, the DA decided no charges will be filed.
