According to the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department, on Aug. 28, 2013 just before 4 p.m., a witness made a 911 call reporting a high-speed motorcycle crash on County Highway P, just south of Camp Evelyn Road, in Plymouth.

The driver reportedly drove off the road and into some trees. He was later identified as Patrick Luebke, 26 of Sheboygan. He was taken to the Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah, where he later died.
