Milwaukee man arrested for 6th DUI

MILWAUKEE – A Milwaukee man was arrested for his sixth DUI Tuesday night.
Sheriff’s deputies said they responded to a report that a driver was "all over the road and nearly crashed into construction barrels northbound on I-43."
Deputies stopped Martin D. Snyder, 59, near Locust and 6th Streets around 8 p.m.
Snyder blew a .039. He had a .02 alcohol restriction on his driving status due to his five prior DUI convictions, according to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office.
If convicted, Snyder faces up to six years in prison.
