MILWAUKEE - You've probably seen it, melting snow laced with lots of trash.

Mayor Tom Barrett is asking for the public's help to get the streets cleaned up before next week.

That's when tens of thousands of visitors will be in Milwaukee for the NCAA tournament being held at the Bradley Center.
Mayor Barrett said he wants to make sure visitors see Milwaukee at its best.
"We have a lot of crews out there dealing with the conditions of the streets, that's our major concern right now, Department of Public Works though is going to have people working on picking up as well," said Barrett.
The Mayor is asking for community groups and residents to do their part by picking up trash before next week.
