MILWAUKEE - The Andrews family has been homeless ever since a balcony collapsed on a building at 24th and National.

When the family came back to collect their belongings this week they saw a thief taking off with all of their stuff! Jeff Thomson at horace mann elementry saw the story and knew his school could help.

"We wanted to be there for the family,” Thomson explained. “We wanted to be able to help them to maybe get back some of the items they may have lost in the situation they have kind of worked through here."

The school wants to donate food, clothes, school supplies, even toys for the kids!
