MILWAUKEE - Girl Scout cookie season is drawing to a close, but there is still time to get your hands on some of the tasty treats.

A drive-thru cookie booth is set up in the parking lot of the Girl Scout's Marion Chester Read Center, which is located just off I-94 on 69th Street.

Girl scouts are selling cookies Friday afternoon from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m., just in time for the evening commute.  They also sold during the morning rush hour.

"I love selling Girl Scout cookies.  It's just fun.  And we are saving up to go to camp this year," said Isabel Zuniga-Meyer, who was all bundled up against the morning chill.

Some troops are doing more than just selling cookies.  They're also donating to good causes.

"We donate boxes to soldiers, so if you do the Cookie Share, we actually get boxes and we send them over to the soldiers overseas," explained Morgan Edwards.

The Girl Scouts will also sell cookies Saturday morning from 9 a.m. until noon.

After that, you'll just have to wait until next cookie season.
