MEQUON -- Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch is taking a statewide tour to discuss tax reform.

On Tuesday, she stopped at Concordia University where Today's TMJ4 asked her about how she felt about unflattering comments that Walker aides made about her during the 2010 primary.

Emails detailing the opinions of the staffers who were close to Walker came out when thousands of documents in the John Doe investigation of then Milwaukee County Executive-now Governor Scott Walker were released last week.

"I really didn't spend all that much time reading it. I don't sit and look at emails from 2010," Kleefiisch said. "It is a primary and if you've covered politics, you know it is not all hearts and rainbows."
One of the emails from Walker's campaign manager from June 2010 read: "We are not touching anything to do with Kleefisch. She is radio active and not worth the time."
The Lt. Governor said it's in the past.
"If you're in politics and you get your feelings hurt by opponents who say you shouldn't win by saying you should cheer for the other guy then you ought not choose politics."
