MILWAUKEE - There are motorcycles, and then there are Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

"Just the sound of them and the group of people that rides them," explains Brian Stark.

Every five years we get a taste of just how many people that is. This year's 110th Anniversary is already off to a roaring start.

"The bikes you see, the people you meet are just awesome, everybody's friendly and you just have a great time," says Deanna Hardrath.

And they come from far and wide to get in on the action.

"We ride our bike from Quebec City, Canada to join our best friend here in Milwaukee."

It's that friendship that people say keeps them coming back. Bill Spiropolous has been at every big Harley anniversary for the last 15 years, and tell's TODAY'S TMJ4's Annie Scholz it's about more than the bikes - there's a bond between Harley riders you can't break.
"The groups that come in that ride in, you see them coming down the freeway," explains Spiropolous. "It's like nothing else you see anywhere else."
Hundreds of thousands of people ready to make new memories - one ride at a time.
"You can just lean back and relax and take it easy and enjoy the scenery."
