Gun rights advocate brings AK-47 to WI First Lady event
SHEBOYGAN -- A gun-rights advocate and open carry supporter brought an extra twist to an appearance by Wisconsin First Lady Tonette Walker in Sheboygan.
The Sheboygan Press says Bill Polster of Sheboygan Falls brought an AK-47, a Glock and a Ruger LCP pistol to Tonette Walker's stroll along the Sheboygan lakefront.
Polster says he's had ten encounters with police over the last year due to his open carry activities.
Walker's appearance was delayed by about 15 minutes thanks to Polster's appearance.
