Graffiti suspect in custody after Federal Courthouse vandalized
MILWAUKEE - A 52-year-old Racine man is in custody after he spray-painted graffiti on a wall of the Federal Courthouse in downtown Milwaukee.
It happened at about 12:30 p.m. Thursday. A security officer caught the man defacing a granite wall with white spray paint at the Courthouse, located at East Wisconsin Avenue and North Jefferson Street.
The same main is believed to be responsible for vandalizing the Henry S. Reuss Federal Plaza earlier this week.
The case has been referred to the District Attorney's Office for possible charges.
