MILWAUKEE – Governor Scott Walker and his family spent Christmas morning volunteering at the Salvation Army dinner.

This is the eleventh year the Walkers have volunteered. It’s a tradition they say they look forward to every year.

"We love the fact that it's not just people who are [in] need of food, it's fellowship,” Walker said.

“People may have financial means, but don’t have family. This is a great way to enjoy Christmas where it's exciting."

Other volunteers included area pastors, lawyers and a full slate of professional musicians.
