Gov. Scott Walker joined Charlie Sykes this morning to talk about Wisconsin's budget, as well as his opponent Mary Burke's gubernatorial race.

"We'll end this year with a surplus," Walker said.

He also commented on Burke's perceived snub of President Barack Obama. Burke will not be speaking at a Labor Day rally in Milwaukee with the President, but will meet with him privately instead.

Walker called it "a political move on her part."
