Former charter school leader pleads not guilty to sex abuse charges
Ronnie Johnson is facing 23 charges related to sexual assaults of multiple children.
MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee man who formerly served as vice president for a charter school management company has pleaded not guilty to 23 charges relating to sexual abuse of children.
46-year-old Ronn Johnson was in court today for a preliminary hearing. He's accused of sexually abusing at least five children over the course of several years.
Records indicate that abuse could go back more than a decade and involve at least 30 children.
Johnson will be back in court for a scheduling conference and bail-bond hearing on September 3rd.
