Fisher House groundbreaking to take place Tuesday
MILWAUKEE -- The Fisher House groundbreaking will take place Tuesday afternoon.
The ceremony will start a 1 p.m. at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, 5000 West National Ave.
The foundation is known for building homes where active military and veterans' families can stay at no cost while a loved one is receiving treatment.
The facility is expected to open next summer.
Governor Walker will be there along with Milwaukee Brewers catcher Jonathan Lucroy and TV announcer Bill Schroeder.
