MILWAUKEE -- Bill Bierman has been off the job for three months, abruptly let go as a Milwaukee county bus supervisor after intervening in a fight on Milwaukee's south side.

In a news conference at Milwaukee City Hall on Wednesday, Bierman went from fired to honored.

Today, for the first time, Bierman watched - and listened - to the scene, recorded through cameras on a county bus nearby. Cody Holyoke has more.
