WAUWATOSA - To put it mildly, Will Ulrich is one proud father.

"He was one of the leading roles, and I was very proud of him."

His son played Link Larkin in the school's production of "Hairspray" last spring, but Ulrich only has two pictures.

"Tosa East had hired a photographer, Mark Frohna to take pictures and video of the show. Knowing that, I did not take any photos.  I simply ordered as much as I could," Ulrich said.

So far Frohna has not delivered those pictures, so Ulrich called Today's TMJ4.  Frohna promised him a 6-8 week delivery window.  "That's correct. 6-8 weeks. That was April 21st, we're now in November."

TODAY's TMJ4 spoke with Frohna on the phone.  He says it's been a difficult year for him, but that he's had a strong working relationship with the district for more than a decade.  He adds, it's disappointing to let down the parents.

According to the Better Business Bureau, Frohna has a "D" rating, and several other schools are still waiting on their pictures from him as well.

Ulrich would like his pictures, or his money, and adds he's learned a valuable lesson.

"I think I'll be taking my own photos in the future."
