KENOSHA -- Police rushed to a Kenosha neighborhood after a caller reported seeing a clown terrorizing kids late at night.

When they arrived—near the 50th Street viaduct—they found Antonio Brown, 33, with his girlfriend’s two children. One officer also reports Brown was wearing makeup.

A woman living nearby heard screams coming from the woods across the street from her home.

Soon after, she saw Brown pulling  the two young children.

“[He was] grabbing them around their arms, dragging them. Then he came up and asked for a lighter,” explained the woman, who wishes only to be identified as “Journey.”

The children told police Brown came home from a Halloween party late Saturday night. They maintain Brown wanted to take them for a walk on the train tracks.

The kids claim the man made them drink alcohol until they became sick. One child told officers Brown dangled him from an overpass.

Brown, who is believed to have been intoxicated at the time, is charged with abusing both children and endangering their safety.

He’s currently in the Kenosha County Jail.
