Deloitte: Americans becoming "more passionate" in job hunt

MILWAUKEE -- With the federal jobs report due out Friday morning, a new survey reveals Americans are becoming more passionate about finding jobs.

In a new study, Deloitte finds 45% of U.S. employees who are seeking work have long range goals, and they want to build strong and trusted relationships.

17% of the most passionate workers are likely to be in management and 16% in marketing.
