Courthouse repaired following fire damage
MILWAUKEE -- Things are almost back to normal at the Milwaukee County Courthouse.
It's been seven months since a fire in the basement
caused $10 million in damage. New electric panels will power all three buildings in the complex.
"It looks a lot neater than it did when it was a lot darker and charred, and there was eight miles of cable running through the courthouse," said Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele.
Investigators are still trying to figure out the cause of the fire.
