MENOMONEE FALLS - T.J. and Rachel have been worried about an industrial waste company moving near their homes.

ChemWorks wants to open a waste water treatment plant in Menomonee Falls.
Neighbors complained to village leaders who now say the planning commission will have the final say.
Company President Mike Malatesta said ChemWorks received it's occupancy permit from the village last fall.
"We believe we have everything we need to continue moving forward and that's what we intend to do." Malatesa said.
A series of informational meeting organized by the company have been put on hold,
Malatesta said he will provide tours for Menomonee Falls neighbors at it's Milwaukee plant, so he can show them how is company operates.
Menomonee Falls leaders say the planning commission will take up the matter, possibly sometime in February.
