MILWAUKEE -- A suspect who broke into a Glendale AT&T store led police on a manhunt Tuesday morning.

The suspect gained entry into the store on North Port Washington Road around 7:30 a.m. after shattering a glass window in front of the store, leaving tablets and other display cases on the floor.

After getting a description of the man and the vehicle he fled in, the suspect was located at a BP gas station near 11th Street and Capitol Drive in Milwaukee.

Witnesses tell TODAY'S TMJ4 that officers tased the man, but he still got away, hopping a fence.

The suspect was later found hiding in some bushes, police said.

The items stolen from the store were recovered.
