'Bublr' brings bike sharing to Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE - You don't need to own a car or bike to get around Milwaukee - more bike share stations are going up in the Brew City.
Midwest Bike Share is expanding. Bublr Bikes, the Milwaukee-branded branch of the service, will be available for rent at locations like Red Arrow Park, Schlitz Park, the Milwaukee Public Market, and Cathedral Square, just to name a few.
The bikes can be rented from automated kiosks and returned at any station. Rates start at $7 per day, and you don't need to use cash. The bikes will be available nine months out of the year.
The first 10 rental stations should be installed in the next one to two weeks.
