BROOKFIELD - A huge relief for a bride-to-be. The place where she was going to hold her reception is closing. But, after TODAY'S TMJ4 aired her story last month, a white knight came riding in.

A month ago bride-to-be Danielle Vanderwaal had no idea if she would be able to make her July wedding happen after learning the ballroom she booked, Bluemound Gardens, was up for sale.

"I would not wish this on my worst enemies," says Danielle Vanderwaal.

Darcy Sallis knows the pressure of planning a wedding and once she saw Danielle's dilemma she gave us a call.

"I just perked up and said I can help her, I know I can," said Sallis.

Sallis, the Director of Catering at the Sheraton Milwaukee-Brookfield, saved the day.

"I am just really thrilled to be able to help them out and be a part of their special day," she said.

Danielle admits this ordeal has been a learning experience, but she is now studying more and worrying less about her big day.
