MILWAUKEE - Christophor Rick lives in Milwaukee's Bay View neighborhood. He said he's worried about his health and the health of his girlfriend and unborn child.

Rick lives above a restaurant space under renovation and says his home is covered in a thick layer of dust.
It started when crews downstairs gutted the space below his apartment.
He said he's complained to his landlords and tried to stop the dust from coming in with no luck.
"There's a hole open to the construction they're doing downstairs in the attic space here, which is the intake for our furnace." Rick said.
We called and went to the home of the buildings owners with no response.
Milwaukee's Department of Neighborhood Services has now halted all work at the site.
The dust and debris is being tested by the city to see if it contains asbestos or other harmful materials.
The results should take a couple of weeks.
Rick said he doesn't want to chance his family's health. He's decided to move.
