'All clear' given following bomb threat on Ripon College campus
RIPON -- An "all clear" has been given after police investigated a bomb threat on Ripon College's campus Monday morning.
Ripon police said several handwritten notes were discovered by college employees shortly after 8 a.m., describing a bomb threat for the campus' academic buildings.
An Emergency Response Plan was put in place, which sent emergency evacuation notifications through email and text message to all students, faculty and staff.
The "all clear" was issued at 9:45 a.m. following a thorough investigation of all academic buildings on campus.
