Raw Video: Vice President Biden at Kopp's
GLENDALE - Vice President Joe Biden came to Kopp's Frozen Custard in Glendale and apparently made a statement that caused an uproar.
While eating frozen custard with Senator Russ Feingold (D.-Wis.), Biden asked "What do we owe you?"
The manager, Scott Borkin, told Biden "Don't worry, it's on the house...lower our taxes and we'll call it even."
Biden reportedly answered under his breath something to the effect of, "You don't have to be a smartass."
