Brookfield Man Charged With Raping 14 Year-Old GirlBy Dan O'DonnellMILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office charged a Brookfield man Wednesday with kidnapping and raping a 14 year-old girl. Sunil K. Singh, 48, faces two counts of second degree sexual assault of a child and one count of child enticement. According to a criminal complaint, Singh met his alleged victim at a gas station in Menomonee Falls and talked her into getting into his car. Whenever the girl "made mention of possibly leaving the car, [Singh] stated that if she left he was going to kill her." Once they reached an apartment complex in Wauwatosa, Singh then allegedly made the girl strip naked and then "threw her on her back on the concrete floor." "[She] told him, 'I don't want to do this.' The defendant responded, 'I don't care, I just want to do this.' " Singh then allegedly got on top of the girl and had sex with her, then forced her to perform oral sex on him twice. The girl was able to run away and called police from a nearby apartment. If he is convicted on all three charges against him, Singh faces a maximum sentence of 105 years in prison. |
