Teens Arrested in Friend's Overdose Death
JANESVILLE, Wis. (AP) -- Two young teenagers face charges in the overdose death of a 13-year-old Rock County boy.
Police say a 14-year-old Edgerton girl stole prescription OxyContin from a relative and gave it to Alex Aiken and his 13-year-old friend, who spent the night at Aiken's house last month. The boys took the pills before bedtime. Aiken's mother found him unconscious the next morning.
The 14-year-old girl is in jail. The 13-year-old boy is in juvenile detention. WMTV-TV reports both are expected in Rock County court Friday.
