A community celebration turns viciously ugly in Milwaukee. Now, one victim is speaking out.

Pat Kasthurirangaian says he was just minding his own business and has no idea why he was attacked and beaten by an angry mob after the Juneteenth festival.

The victim says he suffered serious injuries.

"They broke my nose, they busted my lip in many places, and I have a fractured eye socket," said Kasthurirangaian.

Kasthurirangaian will need surgery to repair his eye socket.

Milwaukee police don't have anyone in custody.
