West Bend Woman Serves Alcohol at Kid's Birthday Party
WEST BEND - A woman has been issued ten municipal citations for providing alcohol to her daughter's friends, authorities said Monday.
The woman held a birthday party for her 12-year-old daughter at the Hampton Inn Hotel, police said.
At that party, she served champagne and Mike's Hard Lemonade to the children.
The guests ranged in age from eleven to fourteen.
None of the children's parents had any prior knowledge that alcohol would be served.
