McBride Questions Coverage of AffairThe woman at the center of a sex scandal involving Milwaukee's Police is questioning media coverage of the story. In a letter to the Waukesha Freeman, Jessica McBride is asking why the story is even making news. "Is this the local newspaper or TMZ," McBride questions. TMZ is a website that reports news about national celebrities. It broke the news of Michael Jackson's death. In her letter, McBride blames the media for hyping her affair. Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn acknowledged an affair with McBride this past spring. Last week, Mcbride's husband, former Waukesha County District Attorney Paul Bucher refiled for divorce. Bucher says he has evidence that the affair has continued into the fall, although Bucher is refusing to say what that evidence is. Chief Flynn denies that the affair continued, although does admit to meeting McBride. Bucher has called for the chief to resign. |
