11% of Wis. Home Loans Behind or In ForclosureMILWAUKEE (AP) -- A new report shows 11 percent of home loans in Wisconsin were in foreclosure or delinquent at the end of September. That record level is expected to continue to rise as unemployment continues. The Mortgage Bankers Association says the state is doing better than the nation as a whole. Across the country 14 percent of home loans are delinquent or in foreclosure.
