Funeral for Fort Hood Victim Seager
MILWAUKEE - Another funeral for a local soldier killed at Fort Hood.
Today, Captain Russell Seager will be laid to rest. He was a teacher at Bryant and Stratton College and worked at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Milwaukee.
Seagar lived in Racine. His funeral service will happen today in Wonowoc, about an hour west of Wisconsin Dells.
