The Packers are now 4-4 after losing to the 1-7 Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 38-28.
What do you think the Packers should do at this point? If you ran the Green Bay Packers, what changes would you make?
E-mail us your thoughts, and we'll post selected ones here.

I'm amused by the dump-Ted-and-Mike talk at midseason. Bad as they've played, the Packers are still one game out for a wildcard spot. Let's not just assume that because they've had a couple of rotten games, the season is lost. What I'd like to see on offense are more quick, timing passes to compensate for the O-line's shortcomings. To me, part of the problem is that Rodgers looks indecisive - afraid to throw a bad pass. That, of course, never was a problem with the other guy.

Hire Holmgren as GM, and Gruden as coach.

1) It's time to not only dump the GM, but the coach too. 1 winning season out of 4 is NOT good.
2) Dump the West coast offense. What is the last team to win the super bowl with a West Coast offense?
3) Go after one of these top line coaches available. The team has a great core of players and really are not far away. A few free agents (gasp) on the O line and a decent running back might be all they need to be a contender.

The answer now is nothing ... at least not very much. There is very little you can do in the middle of an NFL season. Because everything is so short and concentrated, every game is huge. Making drastic changes means you are giving up on that year, because you forfeit games with an adjustment period. You need to grin and bear it with what you have.
Now, AFTER the season, I say get a whole new offensive line. Literally every position on that line needs to be changed ... and a real quality RB to go with it would be nice too.

I think Green Bay will fire a lot of folks after the last game.

McCarthy and Thompson have got to go, that's how to fix this
