Watertown School Closes, Greendale School Opens after Flu Concerns
GREENDALE and WATERTOWN - One school opens, while another closes today due to flu outbreaks.
Good Shepherd Lutheran School in Watertown is closing its doors today due to flu concerns.
30% of its students are out sick.
In the meantime, Canterbury Elementary in Greendale is reopening Friday.
Students have been out sick most of this week.
Classes were canceled after 40% of its students were sick Monday.
Crews spent much of this week scrubbing down the school and disinfecting it to make sure students stay healthy once they get back.
