Paper Prints Green, Purple Editions about Game

DULUTH, Minn. (AP) -- The Duluth News Tribune is making the most of Brett Favre suiting up for the Minnesota Vikings against the Green Bay Packers by printing two front pages.

The newspaper sits on the Minnesota-Wisconsin border so in a nod to fans of both teams half its Monday front pages are decked out in Vikings purple and half in Packers green.

The purple edition has a front-page column favoring the Vikings while the green edition tilts toward the Packers. The opposing column appears somewhere else in the paper.

The newspaper says every other paper off the press was purple or green. They were distributed to homes and newsstands randomly.
