Father Accused of Kidnapping His Son
Authorities in Washington County are recommending charges against a 29-year-old man who is accused of kidnapping his own son.
The man is accused of taking the 5-year-old boy over the weekend from Veteran's Park in Hartford.
Police found the father with his son in West Allis and arrested him. The boy was fine.
He could face a charge of interfering with child custody.
