Barn Fire in Ozaukee CountyBy Jon BymanBELGIUM - A barn is a total loss after a Saturday morning fire in northern Ozaukee County. A number of firefighters from several departments were called to battle the fire at the barn at 7175 Highway LL just west of I-43. Officers who first arrived on the scene assisted in getting people who had been working in the barn out of it. The barn housed chickens and ducks. It's not clear how many animals may have been lost in the fire. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but authorities believe it was an electrical problem. |
