Teenager Arrested in Walworth County CrashBy By Jon BymanAuthorities in Walworth County have arrested a 17-year-old from Milwaukee after a crash that killed a 41-year-old man from Delevan. The Walworth County Sheriff's Department says Donovan Espinosa ran a stop sign on Bowers Road at Highway 11. Espinosa's Jeep T-boned Dean Schumacher's Ford F-150. Schumacher was pronounced dead at the scene in the Town of LaFayette, south and east of I-43. The Sheriff's Department is recommending several charges against Espinosa including Homicide by Drug Impairment in a Motor Vehicle, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Possession of Marijuana and other traffic offenses. Three others people were involved in the crash. Walworth County officials have not yet released their conditions. The highway was shut down for a portion of the early morning hours of Tuesday to clean up the crash site. There were foggy and rainy conditions at the time of the crash. There's no word whether the conditions played any role in the crash. |
