Police now say former Badgers football and NFL star Joe Panos was arrested for smashing windows on his wife's boyfriend's car.
A police report says Panos found the boyfriend in his home on Valentine's Day, took out some golf clubs and began smashing the car.
Panos' wife filed for divorce in November. The report says she and her boyfriend have been dating for 5 months.
Panos was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
