Families Escape Snow at Indoor Waterpark
When the snow piles up and the temperatures plummet, some families escape to the tropics... or at least downtown Milwaukee.
Some call Paradise Landing, the indoor waterpark at the Hilton, one of the city's best kept secrets. Mike Guetzkow took the kids on Friday.
"It's good for the kids to blow off some steam."
Temperatures are usually about 84 degrees at the park; where you can enjoy a variety of warm-weather activities.
Sarah Guetzkow says, "Especially because it's been so cold and so snowy for so long now in Wisconsin and Michigan. It's such a wonderful break to put the kids in the pool and swim and play."
The waterpark expects to be very busy next week when bitter cold temperatures hit the region.
