Owner of Submerged Car Missing
Authorities in Kenosha say a car that was pulled from Lake Michigan Sunday belongs to a 37-year-old woman who is missing.
As of now, Staci Paul is nowhere to be found.
Nobody was in the car when authorities pulled it out of the water, and lake conditions are too dangerous at the moment to search for the woman.
It's not yet clear if she was driving the car when it went in the water.
