Deadly Crash in GreenfieldBy By Jay Olstad and Jay SorgiOne person is dead and part of westbound I-43/894 was closed for four hours after a one-vehicle crash this morning. At about 2:00 a.m., a car lost control and crashed on I-43/894 in the westbound lane near Loomis Road. It appears the impact was great enough for the air bags to deploy. No other vehicles were involved. Ironically, this accident scene was almost at the exact spot of another single car crash last Wednesday. It also happened overnight and closed down portions of the highway. No one was killed in that accident. |
