Jensen Trial: Medical Examiner TalksBy Stephanie GrahamKenosha County Medical Examiner Dr. Mary Mainland says her investigation was complete after she got a letter from Mark Jensen's former cell mate, Aaron Dillard. Jensen is accused of poisoning and killing his wife, Julie, in 1998. Dillard claims Jensen told him he sat on Julie to suffocate her when the poison didn't work fast enough. Dr. Mainland testified on Friday that she knew Julie Jensen had died of poisoning, but couldn't explain internal bruising until she got the letter. Mainland said the story fits her findings, and the details could only have come from the killer. Jensen's attorneys say Dillard is making the story up. They say Julie killed herself to frame Jensen after learning of his affair with his current wife.
