(AP) -- Signature bonds are ordered for a Cadott couple accused of abusing or neglecting their two boys. The bond was set yesterday in Chippewa County Circuit Court for James and Sarah Dickinsen. James Dickinsen is accused of beating his son and stepson with a belt, then duct-taping the boys together and pouring water on them as they stood outside without their pants last October. Twenty-eight-year-old James Dickinsen is charged with child abuse and causing mental harm to a child. Twenty-seven-year-old Sarah Dickinsen is charged with child neglect and causing mental harm to a child. Prosecutors say she failed to protect the children, who are six and eight years old.
