Seventeen-year-old David Jacobson is charged with four felonies, including homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle. Prosecutors say the Osseo-Fairchild High School senior told investigators he was going faster than 100 mph just before Monday night's crash south of Eau Claire. Jacobson lost control of the vehicle on a hill, entered a ditch, hit several trees and flipped over. Nineteen-year-old Michael Hiatt of Osseo was killed. Twenty-three-year-old Shawn Loescher of Eau Claire was critically injured.
